Health Safety Protocol for the implementation of the 2nd Rosé Grand Tasting @Thessaloniki


A new policy by Wine Plus for increased health safety measures at its events.


Use of plexiglass.

All staff of Wine Plus will be wearing masks/face shields and disposable gloves.

Antiseptic solution at the reception to be used by the visitors.

Regular disinfection of the reception surfaces.

Maintaining distances to avoid crowding during the purchasing of the tickets.

Contactless transactions via POS are available at the ticket counter.

Regarding the hours of operation, there will be two time zones: 18:30 – 20:30 and 21:00 – 23:00. In the interim period, the venue will be emptied and preemptive disinfection of all the communal areas/surfaces will follow.

A maximum number of visitors will be strictly regulated.
Reservations are recommended to avoid long waiting periods at the ticket counter and entrance.


Glass management at the reception will be handled by the staff of Wine Plus who will be wearing masks and disposable gloves.

Distances between the tasting wines will be maintained in order to avoid crowding.

The organizer’s staff will be the exclusive pourers of the wines. They will follow the necessary health safety standards and maintain distances during the servicing of the visitors.

Visitors will be instructed not to touch the wine bottles. Alternatively, it will be suggested that they wear disposable gloves.

Regular disinfection of the wine bottles will take place.

Crowding will be discouraged throughout the event.
