What is the Rosé Grand Tasting @Thessaloniki?RGT is a truly “grand” tasting event dedicated exclusively to rosé wines.
The bright smiles and positive comments from the thousands of visitors who attended the six RGTs we’ve organized so far, leave no doubt as to the satisfaction of all attendees, who eagerly await our annual rosé rendezvous.
When and where will it take place? The
7th Rosé Grand Tasting @Thessaloniki, the largest rosé wine tasting event in Thessaloniki, will take place on
Monday, May 11, 2026, from
4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the
Makedonia Palace Hotel. How is it organized?The event’s format, as a casual
walk-around/self-pouring tasting, gives you the opportunity to serve yourself and the comfort of tasting as many wines as you like at your own pace, taking notes in the free provided Wine Plus wine notebook.
What will you taste at the 7th Rosé Grand Tasting @Thessaloniki?This year, you’ll have the opportunity to taste, all in one place and sorted by grape variety, dozens of rosé wines from the 2025 vintage, as well as some from previous vintages. Wines representing Greek rosé appellations of origin, geographical indications, and native and international grape varieties.
What will you be checking out at the side events?At
Wine IQ, you’ll find short and fun questions about rosé wines. We invite you to answer correctly and enter the drawing for great prizes.
And in the “
Do you feel lucky?” section, you’ll have the chance to win magnum bottles of rosé in a drawing.
What is the admission policy of the event for the consumers / oenophiles?Tickets for the wine lovers' event are available through

Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What is the admission policy for wine and gastronomy professionals?For wine and gastronomy professionals (Horeca, bars, wine bars), admission is free upon reservation or the display of their business card at the event entrance.
It is advisable that anyone with a professional relationship to wine wishing to attend the tasting should make a reservation here in order to avoid waiting periods at the entrance.What about the photographic coverage of the event?Photographic and video coverage of the 7th Rosé Grand Tasting @Thessaloniki has been arranged by a professional photographer. Due to the public character of the event, photos and videos will be used for promoting the event to the Media, printed and social.
Upon entering the event, visitors give their consent to the possibility of their appearing on photographs or videos which will be published.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals very much and we believe that a large wine event is not a place where they'll feel comfortable.
So, they are not allowed to enter.
