Wine Plus is decorating its Cooking Classes with a festive mood and offering us a relaxing break from the stress and pressure of the season, which will also help us prepare special dishes for the most glamorous days and nights of the year.
We will meet on Monday, December 15, at 7:00 p.m., at The Met hotel to watch Executive Chef Dimitris Tsananas present a delicious menu with dishes that combine a deep knowledge of Greek culinary tradition with imagination in their execution.
We will then enjoy the delicious dishes paired with wines selected by chemist and oenologist Maria Netsika.
